The event took place on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Amtrak’s 30th Street Station. The Star-Studded event honored Dr. Stephanie King and Ovarian Cancer Survivor Terri Loring. The event raised $125,000 for ovarian cancer research.

On July10, 2008, members of the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation met with members of Congress on Capitol Hill to request:
- $25 million for Ovarian Cancer DOD Funding
- $5.54 million for the Ovarian Cancer Control Initiative
- $7.12 million for Johanna’s Law
- Co-Sponsorship of the Ovarian Cancer Biomarker’s Act
- Co-Sponsorship of the Proclamation declaring September as Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

4th Annual Teal Ribbon 5K - View Gallery
1500 people came out for the 4th Annual Teal Ribbon 5K on April 26, 2008 to raise over $145,000 for ovarian cancer research and education.
Chester County Women held their 3rd anniversary gala on April 22, 2006 and the silent auction proceeds were donated the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation. A check for $8,217 was presented to Co-founders Robin Cohen and Adriana Way. The money will be used to further the organization's educational programs.
